the server is not working when i log in ive tried on new accounts and old ones is it down?

Same problem here, It just says Error Connecting to Server... I've tried joltscapev2.no-ip.org.....joltscapev2.no-ip.biz....joltscapev3.no-ip.org.... and joltscapev3.no-ip.biz.... I think it's down.
