new range weapon!

i got a idea, a new range weapon, a dwarf multi cannon from real rs, you need cannonballs to load it, and it can hit 50+ it will hit multi emimes at team.

good idea,

but may be laggy to the server and people will be killing NPC's at ::train so it will take longer to train... + a few rule breakers may use it to pk with.

He wants them to use it for pk he said that people can use them at teams
