Ban Dragon93

ok so dragon93 at ::train WILL NOT stop barraging (blood and smoke) i told him not to but he just keeps doing it. Mod Jolt came later that night and he stopped but when mod jolt left he was back on it again. He will not listen... Ban?

yea this is true also when i logged in like 2 days ago, i got 5 pms saying ban dragon93. all i can do is kick and mute. so i told them i cant do ban.
